Course schedules, trips, and events may change due to weather, safety considerations, instructor availability, or other unseen circumstance. Sound Diving reserves the right to modify schedules when necessary

Training and Certification
Sound Diving provides scuba, free diving and spearfishing training. Following the relevant certification agency (such as SSI or others). Successful certification requires students to meet all course performance requirement, complete required knowledge development, and demonstrate the necessary skills and safety procedures.
Certification is not guaranteed and is awarded only when all course requirements are successfully completed.
Medical Fitness
The activities we offer are physically demanding. Students may be required to complete a medical questionnaire, and in some cases obtain medical clearance from a physician before participating in training or activities,.

Equipment Use
Students and customers using rental or training equipment are responsible for using the equipment properly and returning it in the same condition it was received. Customers may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if equipment is damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Ownership
All goods bought will remain the property of Sound Diving until paid for in full
All goods rented from Sound Diving are subject to surcharges if leased beyond the agreed period, and will remain the property of Sound Diving
Payments and Deposits
Certain courses, trips and events may require deposits or full payment in advance to secure a spot. Payment policies, including refund or cancellation terms, will be communicated at the time of booking.
Liability
Sound Diving accepts no liability for any harm caused by the improper use of products sold on this site, or any negative consequences experienced from use of the information on this site. If you use this site you are accepting full liability and are indemnifying Sound Diving against any claim. All Branded packaging has clear instructions on how to use the products safely and also any suggested restrictions on the use of these products.
